The outdoor living room has a ceiling fan and light, a table and 4 chairs, charcoal bar-b-que grill and a wood burning fireplace with seating. The bathroom facilities are outdoor and undercover behind the trailer.

The Screen Room
The screen room is perfect for hanging out, playing cards or board games and dining alfresco sans bugs. It has has a table and 4 chairs, a ceiling fan, mood lights, 110 outlets and a hammock. It also has a kitty perch for feline companions. It is a great place to put an inflatable mattress to have the outdoor experience without the tent or the bugs.
